Job Details: Job Location: PMSP (FT Belvoir) - Fort Belvoir, VA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $125000.00 - $130000.00Salary/year, Travel Percentage: Up to 25%, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Professional Services, Mayvin is currently seeking a Program Manager - Electronic Warfare (EW) SME to work with the program team and execute initiatives, develop and maintain project plans and assume day-to-day project and acquisition administration in support of US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

Provides technical guidance and acquisition support for SOOs, SOWs, procurement plans, technical specifications, and solicitation documentation Reviews RFP packages for regulatory compliance; conducts technical evaluations, proposal assessments, source selections, and IGCE validation Provides technical oversight of contractor performance, COTS/GOTS solutions, acceptance testing, performance monitoring, and corrective actions Develops and executes SOF operational initiatives and sustainment plans, coordinating resources, training, delivery, and external organizational support Provides leadership with program-wide situational awareness, tracking initiatives, resources, performance metrics, risks, and issues while recommending improvements

: Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline Minimum 10 years professional experience in program/project management in Electronic Warfare Expertise in SOCOM acquisition policies and processes, DoD 5000, JCIDS/SOFCIDS, and SOF-unique processes Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly Ability to work in a team environment Detailed understanding of SOF tactics, techniques, procedures, and processes and subject matter expertise in one or more of the SOF core mission areas
