Role Description The Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Kennewick, WA. This position oversees all revenue-generating initiatives, including ticket sales, corporate partnerships and sponsorships, while guiding sales teams in achieving annual targets. The role manages marketing strategy and execution, including branding, digital campaigns, community outreach, promotions, and game night presentation to enhance fan engagement and market visibility. This individual will be responsible for leading all revenue-generating and fan engagement functions of the organization, including ticket sales, corporate partnerships, marketing, digital media, community engagement, and game-day fan experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in professional sports, junior hockey, collegiate athletics, entertainment, or related industries.
Demonstrated success in ticket sales and corporate partnership development.
Experience leading marketing, promotional, and fan engagement strategies.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
WHL, CHL, USHL, NAHL, NHL, AHL, ECHL, collegiate athletics, or professional sports experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated annual base salary range: $80,000 to $110,000.
Variable compensation plan based upon performance.
Full company-paid medical & dental plan (copayments required to add spouse or dependents)
At least 20 PTO days & paid company holidays per year (mostly scheduled outside of the hockey season).
