About the RoleJoin a small, high-impact team building AI-powered software for government. You will work across product, strategy, and operations to help the business scale and support more effective public services. What You'll DoPartner with company leadership on strategic priorities and fundraising activities.

Take ownership of initiatives that improve business operations and support growth.

Work closely with the founding team to shape how the company develops and scales.

Introduce AI tools and workflows across the business to help teams work efficiently.

Contribute to technology solutions that help government agencies operate more effectively.

What We're Looking ForAt least 4 years of experience in product, operations, strategy, consulting, or generalist roles.

Experience at an early-stage, venture-backed technology startup, ideally from Seed through Series B.

Strong interest in fast-moving startup environments and AI-native workflows, including familiarity with Claude Code.

Experience outside large technology companies, and a demonstrated commitment to improving the public sector through technology.

An undergraduate degree from a highly selective U.S. university.

Government or public-sector experience, including agency work or consulting with a public-sector practice, is relevant.

Must be able to work without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $130,000 to $220,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LocationOn-site, five days per week in New York, NY.
