BAS Controls Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple BAS and data center controls projects simultaneously

Lead Sales-to-Operations turnover with internal and external stakeholders

Develop and maintain detailed MS Project schedules, milestones, and critical paths

Run project meetings and track action items, timelines, and deliverables

Coordinate submittals, drawings, materials, and jobsite activities

Own RFIs, change orders, and monthly cost forecasting

Manage AIA billing, turnover documentation, as-builts, and O&M closeout

Apply strong BAS/HVAC controls knowledge including hydronics and serial/IP networks

Ideal Candidate

Experience managing BAS / controls projects in commercial or mission-critical environments

Data center project experience strongly preferred

Strong understanding of building automation systems and HVAC controls

Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation

Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and interfacing with enterprise clients

Strong written and verbal communication skills
