About the Role

You'll be one of the first Velocity Account Executives at Browserbase, and you'll help define what this role and this segment become.

Our Velocity motion is where the action is fastest. Developers sign up, start building, and hit real scale on their own. Your job is to find those teams at exactly the right moment and turn momentum into committed contracts. That means a high volume of deals, shorter sales cycles, and the chance to close more new logos in a quarter than most AEs close in a year.

You'll work directly with GTM leadership to build the playbook from the ground up: how we spot product-led signals, how we qualify fast, how we price and package for speed, and how we hand off to expansion. What you build here becomes the foundation every future Velocity rep runs on.

What You'll Do

• Own a high-velocity book: run a large volume of opportunities from first touch to signed contract, with short cycles and fast decisions.
• Convert product-led momentum: use usage data and signals to identify self-serve teams ready to scale, then turn them into annual and committed-use contracts.
• Prospect relentlessly: pair inbound and product signals with sharp outbound to keep your pipeline full every week.
• Build the playbook: create the processes, talk tracks, sequences and qualification standards that define how Velocity sells at Browserbase.
• Run tight, technical demos: partner with Solutions Engineering when needed, and show developers exactly how Browserbase fits into what they're building.
• Close with speed: negotiate pricing and terms efficiently and manage the full cycle without letting deals stall.
• Shape the product: bring customer feedback, use cases and competitive intel back to Product and Engineering.
• Forecast with precision: track your metrics, report on pipeline and call your number accurately.
• Be the face of Browserbase: represent us at events, hackathons and in developer communities.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

• 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally selling technical or AI infrastructure products.
• A track record of exceeding quota in a high-volume, short-cycle motion.
• Experience with product-led growth, specifically converting self-serve users into paying contracts.
• Comfort and energy for outbound prospecting and running many deals at once.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to talk credibly with developers.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Self-motivation and comfort operating in ambiguity at a fast-growing startup.
• The ability to work from our San Francisco HQ 4 days a week (or willingness to relocate).

Nice to Have

• Experience selling dev tools, APIs or infrastructure to technical buyers.
• Experience helping build a sales process or segment from scratch.
• A love for metrics, experiments and finding the fastest path to yes.

$178,500 - $223,000 USD
