Job Details
Broad Street Brewing is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our outdoor beer garden at LOVE Park in the heart of Center City Philadelphia.
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the beer garden, including staff leadership, guest experience, beverage and food operations, financial performance, inventory management, events, cleanliness, safety, and coordination with Broad Street Brewing ownership and operating partners.
This is not a desk-management position. The ideal candidate is highly visible on the floor, comfortable managing a fast-paced outdoor hospitality environment, and capable of leading a team through everything from a normal weekday lunch to high-volume weekends, major Philadelphia events, private functions, and large-scale activations.
The General Manager should approach the beer garden as their own business—driving sales, controlling costs, developing staff, solving problems quickly, and creating an environment that guests want to return to.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $30.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $500.00
