What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance.

Who will I be working with?  In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors, and with our team of other awesome Inflowees. You will be supporting the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Defense (DOD).

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in Program and Project Management, you will be leading and managing a team and managing projects, ensuring project goals and constraints are met, and deliverables are complete. You will conduct projects in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI) and OIG project processes and provide input on project process improvement. You will be communicating with the team and customer on status of projects, ensuring deliverables are met by the team, improving team productivity and processes. In addition, you will:

Plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure that established milestones are accomplished on time, within prescribed funding parameters, and in accordance with client business objectives.

Conducts analytical studies and reports project metrics and status to include but not limited to using, earned value calculations, cost benefit analysis, performance charts, and quantitative risk assessments.

Completes necessary project documents and plans within MS Project Server (a simplified version of Project Professional) to include but not limited to project proposals, project charters, scheduling plans, quality control plans, communication management plans, and project closing documents.

Develops and maintains effective stakeholder communication and relationships, and escalates problems to management if needed.

Work with team of Desktop Publishers and and Public Affairs Specialists to ensure quality products each time, without error

Provide status updates on deliverables and timelines

Manage projects from concept through completion for report publications

Create and maintain templates in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign

Handle confidential and classified information, ensuring information is not distributed or communicated outside of approved individuals/systems

Oversee workload management and distribution for the team

Track and report project progress and team performance metrics

Coordinate and schedule onsite SIPR report tasks and manage team members assigned to these reports

Oversee team timesheets and PTO request submissions and approvals

Coordinate and facilitate team meetings

Coordinate parking arrangements for team members

Support onboarding and offboarding tasks for new and departing team members

Conduct in-person and virtual interviews of candidates

Plan and coordinate quarterly team morale events

Track CAC cards and manage property-related tasks and inventory

Other duties as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

4+ years of experience in project management

BA or BS Degree OR 8 years’ experience in project management in lieu of a degree

Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Knowledgeable in PMI (Project Management Institute) Standards

Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent grammar and editing skills

Strong focus and attention to detail

Active Secret clearance, with ability to pursue a Top Secret as needed

The following is preferred:

BS / BA Degree highly desired

Understanding of 508 standards and principles

Where is the client site that I would be working for? You will be working in Alexandria, VA. Address disclosed after your clearance is verified. This position is onsite 5 days a week.

Pay Range:

At Inflow, final salary depends on factors such as location, federal contract labor categories and wage rates, experience, skills, education, and certifications. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing learning and development, all designed to support you and your family.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$98,500-$206,800
