Job Description: Performs routine assignments using existing procedures within a job discipline to solve routine or standard problems and generally receive instruction, guidance and direction from more experienced colleagues or supervisors. The position may require a degree, formal education, or relevant prior work experience. This level may include individuals in entry level roles, typically graduates. Builds and maintains long-term client relationships by serving as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor across integrated marketing, branding, media, communications, and customer experience initiatives. Acts as the primary client contact, leading cross-functional collaboration across all agency capabilities to deliver solutions aligned to client objectives and business outcomes. Oversees account performance, commercial stewardship, operational efficiency, resource coordination, and service delivery while ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable revenue growth within complex and evolving business environments.
