About the RoleJoin an early-stage AI productivity company as a Mid-Market Account Executive, converting qualified inbound interest into customer relationships. You will guide prospects through consultative sales and help shape a product as it develops toward enterprise readiness. What You'll DoConvert qualified inbound pipeline through discovery focused on prospects' scheduling needs and relevant use cases.

Run pilots with groups of up to 10 people and manage the full sales cycle from demo through close, typically over 45 to 60 days.

Identify opportunities across recruiting, sales, and executive scheduling through in-depth prospect conversations.

Navigate multi-stakeholder deals by understanding the roles of buyers, end users, and decision-makers.

Share prospect and customer feedback with engineering to inform product development.

What We're Looking ForAt least 2 years of experience closing mid-market B2B SaaS deals, ideally with contract values of $20,000 to $100,000.

A consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota, plus at least 1 year in your most recent closing role.

Experience converting inbound opportunities or selling through channels beyond pure outbound prospecting.

Experience with sales cycles beyond exclusively long enterprise deals, and preferably at an early-stage startup.

Strong consultative discovery, multi-stakeholder sales, and deal management skills.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary is $150,000 annually. The role includes uncapped commission and equity. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationHybrid in San Francisco, California, with four days per week in the office.
