Forward Deployed Product Manager

About the RoleOwn the end-to-end customer lifecycle for AI voice agents, from deployment through ongoing optimization and expansion. You will connect customer needs with product development, helping deliver measurable business impact while shaping how this function operates as it grows. What You'll DoManage customer relationships end to end, learning their business needs and scoping and deploying AI voice agents.

Optimize agent performance and identify opportunities to expand into new customer use cases.

Meet with customer decision-makers to communicate agent value, explain return on investment, and demonstrate business impact with data.

Investigate agent behavior on individual calls, debug issues, customize conversation flows, and address compliance requirements.

Partner with the product team to turn customer feedback and unmet needs into product capabilities.

Develop playbooks and operating standards for the forward deployed product function.

What We're Looking ForAt least 5 years of product management experience with customer-facing responsibilities, ideally at a Series A to D startup.

Experience working directly with customers and owning client relationships, alongside a product, computer science, data science, or consulting background.

Strong product intuition, technical depth, and the ability to understand agent behavior and perform basic debugging.

Comfort with ambiguity, end-to-end ownership, and building in a fast-moving environment.

Good data intuition and the ability to analyze metrics, explain ROI, and draw actionable conclusions.

Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and with SQL.

B2B SaaS experience or familiarity with regulated industries such as mortgage, lending, financial services, or healthcare.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationHybrid in San Francisco, California, with four days per week in the office and Wednesdays remote.
