Are you ready to make an impact?West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Consumer & Industrial Products (C&IP) Value Creation team within our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. As a leader within our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) capability, a core offering of our C&IP Value Creation team, you will advise private equity investors and their portfolio companies through critical investment opportunities and decisions by leading operational, technology, and IT transaction advisory engagements.

While transaction diligence is at the core of the role, you’ll also collaborate across our broader Value Creation platform to help clients translate diligence insights into actionable post-close priorities. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact transactions, advise executive stakeholders, influence investment decisions, and help grow one of West Monroe’s leading private equity advisory capabilities.

What You Will DoClient Delivery

• Lead operational, technology, and IT transaction advisory engagements for private equity investors and their portfolio companies, serving as the engagement leader across multiple concurrent transactions.
• Advise clients throughout buy-side transactions by assessing technology capabilities, operational maturity, organizational readiness, and business risks that influence investment decisions. Support sell-side and strategic corporate transactions where applicable.

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
