About the RoleJoin a small engineering team building an AI platform that automates procurement for large enterprises. You will work across the stack, shape core systems for AI agents, and turn customer problems into practical product improvements. What You'll DoLearn the product, codebase, and customer workflows to identify and solve high-value problems.

Contribute across infrastructure, backend systems, and user interfaces as priorities evolve.

Speak directly with enterprise customers to understand procurement challenges and inform product development.

Design and own Python-based systems for AI agents that work with fragmented enterprise data.

Collaborate with engineering leadership and teammates on platform architecture as the product scales.

What We're Looking ForThree to seven years of software engineering experience, with production experience across the full stack.

Strong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.

Experience building core systems, distributed systems, or data pipelines, with an understanding of infrastructure and frontend development.

Curiosity, self-direction, and the ability to identify valuable problems and take them through to solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with engineers, customers, and broader teams.

Interest or experience in AI agents, LLMs, workflow automation, procurement, supply chain, or industrial technology is valuable.

Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in San Francisco, California.
