About this role

Job Description: This role is critical to the success of the influencer team, serving as a client lead with ownership of strategy and confident execution. You will oversee influencer campaigns end‑to‑end with limited oversight, lead creative brainstorms, and guide strategic direction to meet client goals. You’ll also manage and develop junior team members in a collaborative, people‑first environment with strong growth opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:   Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client contact for influencer marketing initiatives  Develop, present, and optimize influencer strategies across clients and categories  Forecast campaign impact and KPIs, tying performance to business outcomes  Review and guide creative concepts, messaging, and ongoing optimization  Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting development and growth planning  Support influencer negotiations, contracting, and legal coordination  Oversee budgets, invoicing, quality control, and compliance (including FTC guidelines)  Analyze performance data and report on progress against client revenue goals  Identify process improvements and organic growth opportunities  Collaborate cross‑functionally across Dentsu and support new business efforts as needed

Person Specification:

3 years minimum relevant agency experience  Proven influencer marketing and project management experience  Hands‑on experience with platforms such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar  Experience managing teams, budgets, and contracts  Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills  Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail  Growth‑minded, collaborative, and accountable leadership style  Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,875 - $95,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
