About the RoleJoin the product team at a Series A/B industrial technology company building marketplace and AI products for staffing and supply chain operations. You will shape core staffing workflows and help develop a new agentic AI platform, working closely with engineering, machine learning, data, design, and operations teams. What You'll DoOwn product strategy across staffing, marketplace, and AI agent workflows.
Balance customer needs, operational realities, technical constraints, and business outcomes.
Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering and machine learning teams to deliver products.
Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfilment, matching quality, and operational efficiency.
Prototype and validate ideas with customers and design partners, then launch and iterate across regions and operating environments.
Design agents that reason through workflows, coordinate tools, maintain context, and execute work.
Define product behavior, evaluations, and quality frameworks to improve agent reliability.
Use data to answer product and marketplace questions, and develop internal tools that help operations scale.
What We're Looking ForThree to ten years of product management experience owning complex products at fast-growing startups.
A track record of shipping products at scale and delivering tangible business results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Strong technical skills, including writing SQL queries, and fluency using AI tools such as Claude in daily workflows.
Experience across marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, multi-sided platforms, recruiting, or AI products.
Ability to build for non-technical users and understand operational industries such as logistics, supply chain, or healthcare.
Experience building agentic AI products is relevant.
Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LocationOn-site in San Francisco, California.
