A varied role for someone who gets projects finished

LW Marketing & Consulting is seeking a practical, organized Project Manager to coordinate a diverse portfolio of company, property, construction, environmental, Foundation, marketing and special projects. This is a hands-on role for a resourceful problem-solver who can move between office planning, contractor coordination and on-site execution—not a desk-only position. You will work with management and qualified specialists to keep projects moving from concept through completion

What you will manage

• Property, site and environmental projects: Coordinate planning, water management, drainage, site improvements, engineering, permitting, inspections and applicable aquaculture best-management practices with qualified specialists.
• Construction and infrastructure: Obtain bids; coordinate contractors, vendors, materials, utilities, building improvements and repairs; track scope, schedules, costs, dependencies and completion.
• Conservation and Foundation initiatives: Support island and Estero Bay projects, consultant and agency coordination, surveys, feasibility, staged implementation and potential mitigation-bank or slip-credit opportunities.
• Field oversight and special projects: Serve as a practical project lead or working foreman when appropriate, coordinate on-site work, identify issues early and follow through on solutions.
• Marketing, customer and administrative projects: Act as a project-management intermediary, coordinate Foundation events, assist with Foundation eBay/store activities and take ownership of new assignments as priorities evolve.

What you will bring

Relevant experience coordinating projects, vendors or contractors; practical judgment and a hands-on approach; strong organization, communication and follow-through; and the ability to manage several priorities, track schedules and costs, and provide clear status updates. You should be comfortable learning unfamiliar work and moving between field, office and customer-facing responsibilities.

Work location, schedule and benefits

Your home base is our office at 3860 Via Del Rey, Bonita Springs, FL 34134. In-office work and local travel to assigned project, property, vendor, customer and Foundation locations are required as needed. Management will coordinate work locations, hours and any hybrid arrangement around project needs. Remote work may be approved when appropriate; there are no guaranteed work-from-home days. Reasonable schedule flexibility is part of the role.

Standard starting PTO is 10 days annually, earned monthly and prorated in the year of hire. Company-observed holidays and employee benefits are governed by current policies and eligibility requirements. Any bonus is discretionary and based on individual and Company and/or Foundation results.
