About Kamino

Kamino’s mission is to create liquidity and utility for every asset. We want the world’s best investments to be available through the financial platforms people already trust, and we want investors to be able to borrow against what they own when they need liquidity, instead of having to sell.

Today, the most valuable assets in the world are often the least useful to own. Trillions of dollars sit in private markets, behind high minimums and holding periods that can run for years. Tokenization is starting to move these assets onto shared, programmable infrastructure, but putting an asset onchain is only the first step. To be useful, it still needs distribution, compliance, servicing, credit and liquidity.

Kamino already runs the credit and liquidity engine at scale. It is the largest credit protocol on Solana and the largest credit platform for real-world assets onchain, with more than $650 billion in cumulative transaction volume and more than $20 billion in loans originated.

Now we are building the rest of that system for institutions. Kamino recently named Yieldstreet co-founder Michael Weisz as CEO and is building a new HQ in New York, alongside the asset managers and financial platforms that will shape this market. Almost none of that market exists yet, and we intend to build it.

The opportunity

As Kamino expands from a team of about 50 people globally and builds a new HQ in New York, where the CEO will be based, his time has become one of the company’s scarcest resources. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to be his partner: someone focused on making the CEO as successful as he can be and giving him as much operating leverage as possible.

In practice, that means thinking critically about how the CEO spends his time, making sure he is available for what matters most and taking as much off his plate as you can. You will become deeply embedded in the CEO’s day-to-day, learning his priorities, working >

This is not a back-office support role. Kamino runs its operations with AI agents that draft, schedule, brief and follow up. You will direct that support, check its work and supply the judgment it can’t.

What you’ll do

Calendar, inbox and the CEO’s voice

• Own the CEO’s calendar across time zones: scheduling, prioritization, preparation time and protected time for the most important work. When it can’t all fit, know which meetings can move, lay out the trade-offs and get his decision.
• Manage a high-volume inbox. Answer routine correspondence directly in the CEO’s voice and bring him only what he needs to see, flagged as needing a decision, his input or just his awareness.
• Hold two short check-ins with the CEO each day covering what came in, what needs a decision and what moved.
• Triage inbound requests, including media, podcasts, speaking invitations and introductions, and route each one to the CEO, communications or the right team.

Board and leadership meetings

• Prepare board presentations and board meetings, including the CEO’s quarterly updates to the foundation board.
• Own the agendas for management, leadership and staff meetings. Follow up with contributors about 24 hours ahead, so each meeting starts with a full agenda and the right materials.
• Coordinate investor and partner meetings and prepare the CEO for each one: who he is meeting, the goal, the agenda and any presentations.
• Record decisions and action items with an owner and a date, then follow each one through to completion across the team. Do the same for the approvals, signatures and introductions that run through the CEO.

Briefs, drafts and the CEO’s writing

• Keep the CEO’s weekly priorities list current and build his daily, weekly and monthly briefs around it.
• Draft investor and partner materials and other documents for the CEO’s review.
• Over time, run the CEO’s blog and drafting process: review drafts, check that they make sense, act on his voice-note feedback and make sure the right people see them.

Travel and client entertainment

• Plan domestic and international travel and client entertainment end to end, from itineraries and reservations to backup plans and expense reporting. Think ahead about how each trip affects the CEO’s schedule and preparation, and adjust in real time when plans change.

Building the New York office

• Lead the search for Kamino’s New York office with the CEO. Negotiate the commercial terms, then get the space furnished and set up.
• Once it opens, run day-to-day office operations and vendors, keep the facilities stocked and make sure every guest is welcomed properly.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate logistics with recruiters and hiring managers as the U.S. team grows.
• Help new hires start well: onboarding logistics, equipment, access and first-week schedules.

Relationships and stakeholder management

• Build trusted relationships with colleagues, investors, partners and other external stakeholders, serving as a reliable point of contact on the CEO’s behalf.
• Keep those relationships moving: coordinate outreach and meetings, manage follow-ups, keep relationship records current in our CRM and know when the CEO needs to engage directly.

AI-native operations

• Work every day with the AI agents that support the Office of the CEO. Direct their work, verify their outputs and own the quality of the result.
• Build and improve practical AI workflows, lightweight agents and useful tools for recurring work, such as investor meeting preparation, relationship tracking and follow-ups.
• Identify where automation saves time, test that it works reliably and apply judgment about what still needs human review.

Confidentiality and discretion

• Handle confidential and market-sensitive information, including information about KMNO, with complete discretion and in line with Kamino’s confidentiality and trading policies. Treat the CEO’s personal information with the same care.
• Maintain accurate, well-organized records and document systems for the Office of the CEO.

What success looks like

Within the first 90 days

• The CEO’s calendar and travel are fully in your hands, with a daily and weekly planning rhythm in place.
• You handle most routine correspondence in the CEO’s voice, with a clear rule for what goes to him.
• The twice-daily check-in runs reliably, so nothing important waits without the CEO knowing.
• The CEO’s daily, weekly and monthly briefs arrive on schedule, with AI agents doing the first draft.
• A working system tracks the CEO’s commitments and follow-ups.
• Management, leadership and staff meetings start with a full agenda, collected a day ahead.
• Board and investor materials, including the CEO’s quarterly updates to the foundation board, are ready on time.
• A shortlist of New York office options is ready, with costs and trade-offs.

Separating the important from the urgent is critical to helping a business grow, and in this role you will do it with him every day. You will see that impact up close, multiply the CEO’s time and shape how the Office of the CEO works as Kamino grows.

Who we are looking for

A senior, trusted partner and operator. You have already shown, over years with a high-performing CEO, that you can keep a demanding executive’s work moving.

Required

• Five or more years supporting a high-performing CEO, with hands-on ownership of responsibilities like these, from complex travel to board materials.
• Expert travel planning and complex scheduling. You juggle competing calendars, time zones and last-minute changes with ease.
• A proven operating system of your own that keeps an executive organized and every thread moving. You can show us the tools and processes you use and how you work day to day.
• Clear, concise writing and strong presentation skills. You can learn the CEO’s voice and write in it.
• Sound judgment about what needs the CEO and what doesn’t, and the ability to anticipate needs before they are stated.
• Absolute discretion with confidential and market-sensitive information.
• Willingness to work on the CEO’s schedule, including early mornings, evenings and changing time zones during travel.
• Strong digital fluency with Google Workspace and executive productivity tools, plus hands-on experience building AI workflows, agents or tools that improve how work gets done. You can show us what you built, explain how it works and describe the improvement it made.
• Warmth and confidence with senior people inside and outside Kamino. You stay composed and good-humored when priorities shift and the structure is still being built.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting board and investor relationships.
• Experience opening or running an office.
• Experience coordinating recruiting and onboarding at a growing company.
• Familiarity with crypto, fintech or financial services.
