5089 New York, NY Hybrid IT Software 10–15 years of experience Senior Program Manager – AI Technology Transformation – Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with 10–15 years of experience to lead and coordinate multiple strategic workstreams as part of a large-scale AI technology transformation. The role is based in New York, NY, with a Hybrid work model requiring 2 days onsite per week, and an initial 6-month contract with possible extension. The candidate will own program governance, integrated delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, risk mitigation, governance forums, steering committees, and executive-level reporting. Strong experience managing large-scale technology transformation programs, SDLC, multiple technical workstreams, and complex cross-functional dependencies is required. The program covers Agentic AI / Agentic SDLC, Identity & Access Management (IAM), AI Operations / Production Support, Metrics & Tokenomics, and Infrastructure Operations. Candidates should be comfortable working with engineering, infrastructure, operations, security, risk, and finance teams, as well as senior business stakeholders. Experience in AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Infrastructure, Enterprise Technology, and particularly Financial Services/Banking is highly preferred.
